Our recent stay exceeded expectations! The King Room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped, while the accommodating staff made our check-in smooth, even offering an upgrade. Although we missed breakfast, the hotel's location was convenient, close to stores and attractions. Just be prepared for some awkwardness with the kiosk check-in.

A surprisingly quiet retreat

The quiet surroundings allowed for restful nights after long days exploring. The room was tidy and had all the essentials, creating a comfortable atmosphere during my stay.

The Wi-Fi was frustratingly inconsistent. I often lost connection. It seemed the staff were aware, but solutions felt a bit delayed, which impacted my work.

The stay had its ups and downs, a spacious and modern junior king suite made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, cleanliness issues and rude staff interactions were disappointing. The lack of pool access was also a letdown, but the breakfast provided was enjoyable.

Had a door to an adjoining room—felt like I was in a bad horror movie!

Enjoyed the basic breakfast options, especially the muesli, although it leaned heavily towards sugary items with limited protein choices. The noise level was concerning, as I could hear conversations from adjoining rooms, making it difficult to relax at times. Also, no housekeeping service for stays under three nights was an unexpected downside.

The room exceeded our expectations—very nice and clean! The hotel's location made it easy to access all the places we planned to visit. We also appreciated the proximity to nearby shops, which was convenient.

They have some mouthwatering Pad Thai that’s just chef's kiss. Plus, the remote check-in made getting settled a breeze. Also, the room was super clean and spacious, perfect after a long drive!

However, dealing with a computer instead of a real person for check-in felt awkward. I asked for extra towels, but the housekeeper left none—just took my tip. The computer directed me to grab towels down the hall, but I couldn’t find them. Not what I signed up for!

Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks

I enjoyed a relaxing night in a Junior King Suite which was spacious and cozy. The in-room amenities like the large TV and reliable WiFi were a plus, making it a decent stay overall. However, the breakfast options could use some variety and improvement.

The remote check-in process was smooth and convenient.

The bed was uncomfortable with noticeable sagging on the side.

Totally recommend for taking strolls

Clean room, comfortable space with a modern design, along with a friendly front desk that provided a smooth early check-in and upgraded me to a king suite, made my stay pleasant.

My stay was pleasant with a big, clean room and a super comfy king-sized bed. I loved lounging by the garden area and taking a dip in the outdoor pool. Just a heads up, the walls are a bit thin, so if there's a party next door, it might keep you up! 😊

Our stay was fantastic, especially since we had small kids with us. The spacious King Room, Non-Smoking was perfect for playing, and the full continental breakfast including eggs and waffles kept everyone happy each morning. Plus, the nearby ExplorIt Science Center was a hit with the kids—lots of fun!

My wife says that the pool being closed was a letdown. It would be great if pools were maintained for family-friendly outings.
